A Profile in HIV Outreach – Fraser Health

The Fraser Health STOP HIV/AIDS¨ (Seek and Treat for Optimal Prevention) team is dedicated to the prevention, testing, treatment and provision of support services for all sexually transmitted and blood borne infections, including HIV. The Fraser Health Authority serves 1.8 million people living in communities stretching from Burnaby to White Rock to Hope. Canada Post has provided notification of restarting their operations on December 17, 2024. As Canada Post ramps up and stabilizes their services, the BC-CfE will continue the following measures on an interim basis to minimize service disruption to BC-CfE clients and providers.
