Dr. Julio González Montaner. Pulmonologist, researcher, and expert in HIV/AIDS. Executive Director and Physician-in-Chief, BC Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS; Head of the HIV/AIDS Program at St. Paul's Hospital, Providence Health Care; UBC and St. Paul's Foundation Chair in AIDS Research. In 2006, he proposed the most revolutionary discovery: the combination of drugs not only halted the progression of the disease and mortality but also served as a preventive measure against transmission. His role was not solely focused on formal research; he also fought to strengthen campaigns promoting safe zones with sterile syringes and other harm reduction methods in the context of drug use. He also works on socially contagious diseases, such as DBT and chronic lung disease, with a close focus on those societies where multiple pathologies converge.

Dr. Guillermo Dorado. Psychiatrist. Member of the International Society for Adolescent Psychiatry. Member of APSA. Master's in Clinical Psychopharmacology. Specialist in addictions.
