Forefront Lecture Series: “The HIV Prevention Lab: Clinical Trial and Observational Study Methods”

On Monday January 20th, the BC Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS Forefront Lecture Series is pleased to present a lecture by Dr. Trevor Hart titled “The HIV Prevention Lab: Clinical Trial and Observational Study Methods”.

Dr. Hart is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Ryerson University and an Associate Professor at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. Dr. Hart’s research in HIV Prevention and Care spans a wide variety of fields, including health psychology, clinical psychology, community psychology, and public health. Dr. Hart’s research is conducted at the HIV Prevention Lab and collaborating labs, HIV clinics, and AIDS service organizations. His lecture will address the sociobehavioural methods to reduce risk behaviours among men who have sex with men and other HIV affected populations.

The talk will take place at 12pm in the Large Lecture Theatre (SPH 1477) at St. Paul’s Hospital.
