• Highlight the complexities of individuals who are aging with HIV and requiring LTC placement.
• Discuss specific assessments and care needs for these individuals.
• Identify care challenges and gaps in services for this population.
• Provide recommendations moving forward to enhance care for these individuals.

Presentations will be followed by a discussion where participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive real-time responses from presenters.
