Province gives $2-million to St. Paul’s Hospital

The provincial government has made a two-million dollar donation to St. Paul’s Hospital.

The money will help in the expansion the Hope to Health Research Centre which focuses on HIV, Aids and viral hepatitis research.

Health Minister Terry Lake made the announcement at the International AIDS Society Conference currently being held in Vancouver.

The investment from the province will help Hope to Health add almost 20-thousand square feet to their existing facility.
