What’s New in Addiction Medicine?

What’s New in Addiction Medicine? is a lunch-time series, featuring local and international experts, clinicians, and researchers who will deliver the latest research and information on novel, evidence-based addiction medicine topics. This free series is geared towards the needs and interests of individuals operating in a healthcare or research setting, however, the public and other interested stakeholders are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The first “What’s New?” lecture will be on Wednesday, October 30th, between 12-1pm, featuring a presentation by Dr. Seonaid Nolan, of the St. Paul’s Addiction Medicine Fellowship Program, entitled “What’s new in opioid addiction and management?”. Dr. Nolan will speak for approximately 40 minutes, allowing for about 20 minutes of questions and discussion. This lecture will take place at St. Paul’s Hospital in Room 1477 (Large Lecture Theatre) and will include a light lunch.
