Injection Drug Use and Food Insecurity Among People Living with HIV-HCV Co-Infection: Associations, Mechanisms, and Interventions

Dr. Taylor McLinden

Dr. Taylor McLinden is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the BC Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS (BC CfE). While completing his PhD (Epidemiology) at McGill University, he developed methodological expertise in the areas of longitudinal data analysis, causal inference, and missing data. His thesis research related to substance use and food insecurity among people living with HIV-hepatitis C virus co-infection in Canada. Since joining the BC CfE in December 2017, Taylor has focused his attention on how to better use linked administrative health datasets for epidemiologic research.


This is a free lecture and is open to the public. The lectures are geared towards researchers, clinicians, students and hospital staff.

During this time, we recommend that documents be faxed or couriered to our sites, versus utilization of regular mail service.
