The Change Manager is accountable for providing leadership and expertise to enable the achievement of complex organizational change initiatives and transformation, and reports directly to the Director of Operations. Administrative Assistant

Data Entry Clerk I

Performs accurate abstraction, data entry and database maintenance for the provincial HIV/AIDS drug treatment and prevention programs and for other select programs and studies within BC-CfE and its affiliated clinics. Accurately, and within strict timelines, abstracts and enters client, provider, and prescription data, used for clinical, operational, monitoring and evaluation, and research purposes, from related forms into the relevant database. Transfers data from paper and electronic formats into computer files or database systems, verifying data by comparing it to source documents.

Communications Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director, the Manager, supporting the mandate of the BC Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS, oversees and coordinates the work of the BC-CfE Communications team, leading the development, implementation and evaluation of communication strategies that effectively convey our initiatives, achievements and study findings.  This includes the of promotion of the services provided, studies undertaken and educational opportunities offered by the BC-CfE to a diverse audience including clients, healthcare professionals, BC-CfE staff, partners, government and the public.

Senior Health Economist

Reporting to the BCCfE Executive Director & Physician in Chief, the Senior Health Economist, in collaboration with Senior Leaders, Clinicians and Researchers, will:

Conduct critical economic analyses which support investigations of health systems and informs decision making around innovative clinical programs relevant to the mandate of the BCCfE.
Conduct analyses which will include, but will not be limited to, cost-effectiveness analyses, cost projection analyses, and forecast models.
Conduct quantitative and/or qualitative health economics and health services research.
Develop, critique, and execute decision analytic models for economic evaluation of health care initiatives linking and analyzing primary data and/or large administrative datasets.
