Join us as we discuss unconscious bias and examine why it’s so hard to address and how it impacts our day-to-day lives, as well as our professional lives. We will be learning actionable accountability every one of us can put into practice to be able to respect the dignity of all folks, by utilizing radical empathy to challenge the implicit bias present in us individually and in our organizations and systems.

- Understand why unconscious bias is so hard to identify and address on both a personal level and particularly in the health care system.
- Understanding the staircase of oppression to apply a critical lens to our interactions.
- Utilize radical empathy to challenge unconscious biases.
- Tangible takeaways and actionable accountability to apply in your work to become increasingly aware of unconscious bias and address the personal and organizational impact of them.
