Rubber Soul is set to rock out for the first time in Vancouver!

  1. Pay a minimum $10 donation through paypal here.
  2. Print your receipt and bring it to the concert. You MUST have the printed receipt at the event.
  3. Exchange the receipt for a ticket at the door.
  4. Dance, drink, dance, party.

Money from the event will go to the following charities:

  • Little Travellers: “Little Travellers” are beautiful, beaded pins made by women affected by HIV/AIDS in South Africa.We sell these pins for $5 each across the world, with 100% of funds raised going to help fight HIV/AIDS in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa, where over 40% of adults are infected.
  • Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation: At the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation, we’re helping to rebuild lives shattered by HIV/AIDS, addiction, mental illness, poverty, and discrimination because of gender and sexual orientation.The combined Day Health Program and 24-hour nursing care Residence at Dr. Peter West End is truly unique in Canada – an innovative, comprehensive model of care that is improving people’s health and inspiring health care providers around the world.
  • Oxfam: Oxfam Canada works with over 100 partner organizations in developing countries; tackling the root causes of poverty and inequity and helping people to create self-reliant and sustainable communities. Oxfam Canada is a member of the international federation Oxfam. Oxfam has 14 national Oxfam agencies that together work in over 105 countries.

During the Canada Post strike announced September 25, 2025, the following measures will be undertaken to minimize service disruption to BC-CfE clients and providers.

  • The BC-CfE Laboratory has transitioned to private courier for delivery of outgoing reports and documents. Results required urgently can be faxed upon request. (Lab Contact Information: Phone 604-806-8775; FAX 604-806-9463)
  • The BC-CfE Drug Treatment Program (DTP) will fax outgoing forms and documents to the provider’s office. (DTP Contact Information: Phone 604-806-8515; FAX 604-806-9044)
  • St. Paul’s Hospital Ambulatory Pharmacy has transitioned to private courier for delivery of medications. We recommend requesting medication at least 2 weeks in advance in case of delivery delays, particularly to rural/remote parts of BC. (Contact Information: Phone 1-800-547-3622; FAX 604-806-8675)

During the Canada Post strike, we recommend that documents be faxed or couriered to our sites, versus utilization of regular mail service

The BC-CfE Laboratory is streamlining reporting processes for certain tests in order to simplify distribution and record-keeping, and to ensure completeness of results. Beginning September 2, 2025, results for the ‘Resistance Analysis of HIV-1 Protease and Reverse Transcriptase’ (Protease-RT) and ‘HIV-1 Integrase Resistance Genotype’ tests will be combined into a single ‘HIV-1 Resistance Genotype Report’.
