Dr. Leonid Chindelevitch earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from McGill University and his PhD in Applied Mathematics from MIT with a thesis entitled “Extracting Information from Biological Networks”. He then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Harvard School of Public Health, where he worked in a collaborative group on mathematical models of tuberculosis and HIV. In the fall of 2015 he became an assistant professor at the School of Computing Science at Simon Fraser University; his main research interests continue to lie in the area of modelling and analysis of infectious diseases.

  • St. Paul’s Hospital Ambulatory Pharmacy has transitioned to private courier for delivery of medications. (Contact Information: Phone 1-800-547-3622; FAX 604-806-8675)

During this time, we recommend that documents be faxed or couriered to our sites, versus utilization of regular mail service.
