Dr. Laura Sauvé is a pediatric infectious diseases specialist and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at UBC and BC Children’s Hospital. She provides care to HIV infected children and youth and perinatally HIV exposed infants at Oak Tree Clinic, as well as doing consulting pediatric infectious diseases. Her research interests include pediatric HIV, the health of HIV exposed but uninfected infants and public health surveillance, especially with respect to vaccinology and pediatric HIV. She is the co-principal investigator of the Canadian Perinatal HIV Surveillance Program. She is a Clinician Educator with a focus on global child health.
